Our Build On Your Lot Process
1. Meet With Our Team
You'll meet with our New Home Specialist who will go over what you want in your home and where your lot is located.
2. Site Evaluation
Next we'll evaluate the site of your future home to see if we need to tear down the old house that's there or if the site itself needs any work before we can build on it.
3. Design & Specifications
Then you'll meet with our New Home Specialist again so you can select a floor plan from our portfolio, customize it to your needs, or we can help you create your own unique plan that meets your budget, family needs, and lifestyle.
4. Sign Contract
Our New Home Specialist will then present you with a purchase agreement that goes over all of the details on building your custom home.
5. Financing Options
Next we'll help you secure and close on your construction loan through our partners or your own preferred lender.
6. Building Begins
We start building your custom dream home!
